What are your opening hours?

Peak hours are 7-9am and 4-10pm everyday.

Do I need to be an experienced golfer to become a member?

Not at all, our members have all different levels of golfing experience, from complete novices, to former pros. If you’d like to work on your game, our team of brilliant coaches are on-hand to offer individual lessons or lesson packages.

Can members bring guests?

Yes, members are welcome to bring up to three guests with them for each session, at no extra charge. Guests do not need to be booked in in advance, however they will need to be checked in and sign a consent form on arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?


If you need to cancel your session, we require 12 hours notice in order to refund your credit. This is to ensure that there is sufficient time for the bay to be re-booked by another member and the hour does not get unused.

If you would like to cancel your membership, we require one full month’s notice. 



For events that require payment, such as our away days, payment will be taken in full at the time of booking. If you cancel your place within a week of the event, or fail to turn up on the day, we will be unable to refund you.


For events that are free, such as our Meet, Greet & Compete, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you’re unable to attend, so that we can offer your place to another member.

Do you offer taster sessions?

Yes we do. Taster sessions are one hour long, and cost £50, which must be paid in advance. Taster sessions are limited to one per person, as they are designed to give you a taster of what it is like to be a member, and only one person may attend each session.

Do you have any other venues?

Currently Chelsea Golf Club is our only venue, but we will be opening our second location in early 2023, which will hopefully be followed by more shortly after. Watch this space…

Do I need to have experience playing with a TrackMan?

No, you don’t need to have any experience playing with golf simulators. TrackMan is very user-friendly, and one of our team will be happy to help you get started!

Can members bring children?

Yes, members are welcome to bring their children as guests during off-peak hours.

Can children become members?

No, membership is reserved for those aged 18 and over.

Do you organise events?

We have a full events programme, including events that are exclusive to members, and events that are open to members and their guests.


We have a monthly team competition/social at the club, called Meet, Greet & Compete, which is for members-only. We also organise away days to the best golf courses surrounding London every month - with the exception of the coldest winter months - along with women’s golf socials for our female players, and a number of other events.

Can I book additional bay sessions if I use up my credits?

Of course! These can be booked using the app, at a cost of £30 for off-peak sessions, and £50 for peak sessions.

Is there a dress code/do I need to wear golf shoes?

There is no dress code, although we recommend that you wear something comfortable with plenty of room for movement. 


Golf shoes are not required, but you may wear them if you prefer. We advise you to wear comfortable footwear such as trainers.

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

You are welcome to bring your own clubs, or you may borrow ours. We have sets of clubs catering to all different abilities, in addition to women’s clubs, clubs for left-handed players and LagShot clubs. If you would like to use our clubs, you will be required to fill out a form to sign them out, and then sign them back in when your session is over.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we’re a dog-friendly club! And your pooch may get the chance to make friends with our resident canine, Titch!

Do you serve food or drinks?

We have a fully stocked bar serving a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tes and coffee. We also serve snacks and protein bars.
